/performance-test is a build module whose pom pins its own dependency versions (commons-lang3, record-builder, lombok) plus plugin versions — none of it was scanned, so e.g. its commons-lang3 stays behind each group bump. The root pom is also listed so plugin management there (fmt, deploy, compiler versions) receives updates.
