Hi,
here is a proposal for a Jackson3 module.
There is one major difference in the semantics surrounding JsonView - fields not annotated with JsonView are always excluded from serialization. Thus I dropped the toJSONViewInclusive test.
We have been running this JsonNodeValueResolver in our projects for 6 months, and it has been working well.
I have run the Issue260 ... Issue996 locally with the new code, all OK.
