Adds claude-auto-retry — auto-resumes Claude Code sessions: waits out subscription usage/session limits until the printed reset time, applies exponential backoff on sustained API overload (529/5xx), and retries past safeguard false positives. tmux-based, zero runtime dependencies, MIT, 200+ tests.
