Summary

The focus of these changes is to adopt the Conway Life repository contents and modernize the existing infrastructure for better GitHub and AI agent integration.

  • Add AGENTS.md and shared .agents/skills, replacing the verbose copilot-instructions and the 21 KB csharp.instructions file

  • Standardize build and CI tooling at the repo root (global.json, NuGet.Config, Directory.Build.props, Directory.Packages.props, CI workflow, dependabot)

  • Migrate Conway Life into challenges/conway-life, following the longest-palindrome structure and voice

  • Standardize all three challenges on Microsoft.Testing.Platform

  • Update NuGet packages to latest stable

  • Scope Dependabot to the dependencies label

  • Move per-project versioning out of the root props and keep the NuGet audit policy shared at the root

  • Ignore TestResults at any depth and remove stale dirs
