test(integration): make a test stable by removing time constraints

Why the pull request was made

To make the test CI stable, and avoid to depend on the CI runners performances.

Summary of changes

• Remove time constraints in a new test from test: add tests to have a full coverage #207.
• Edited a comment about a pragma no cover.
• Added a pragma no cover on a windows only code branch.
