Summary

  • add destination_route_unavailable to the proxy errors table. Kernel returns it when a destination matches one of the session's network.proxy_routes, but the route's proxy is unavailable, for example because it was deleted. Kernel fails closed instead of using the session's proxy or a direct connection, so the row says not to retry. Routes can't be changed on a running browser, so the row says to create a new browser whose route uses an available proxy, or one without the route.

Current browser images report this code in proxy_error telemetry as unknown, with destination_route_unavailable in raw_code. The page's existing note about unrecognized header values covers that, so this PR can merge on its own.

Testing

  • mint broken-links: no broken links found
  • the network.proxy_routes link resolves to the create-browser API reference, which documents the field

Kernel returns it when a destination matches one of the session's proxy
routes but the route's proxy is unavailable. It was missing from the
error code table.

Routes are set when the browser is created and can't be changed on a
running browser, so the fix is a new browser.
