Breaking Go API on SearchContentService.Fetch and new behavior that provisions browsers and bills concurrency for content retrieval.

Overview
Release 0.115.0 ships deferred search content retrieval: client.Search.Contents.Fetch is implemented end-to-end instead of a stub that only surfaced errors.

Fetch now returns a parsed (*Response, error) with contents, search_id, usage, and warnings, plus new ResponseContent / ResponseContentError types. Callers must update for the signature change (tests now use _, err :=).

OpenAPI-aligned docs on source, max_age_hours, and browser options are rewritten around retained search results (reuse provider text within age limits, optional temporary or caller-supplied browsers, no new provider searches). Related field comments on inline search content (ResultContent, Usage.content_fetches) are updated to match.

Version pins and changelog move 0.114.0 → 0.115.0.
