Use Linaro's Open POSIX definition and forward GRP_TEST and SKIP_INSTALL. Named groups such as TMR select conformance areas; an empty selector requests the full suite.

Reuse the standard LAVA timeout and coverage handling, default to preinstalled tests, and leave the Kirk-based LTP action unchanged.

Installed full-suite execution needs the runner support proposed in
Linaro/test-definitions#647.

The regular LTP action ignores grp_test, so the existing timer jobs do
not select the Open POSIX TMR group. Point both timer definitions at the
Open POSIX action through the existing generic template.

Add ltp-open-posix with an empty group selector for the full installed
conformance, functional and stress suites. Leave this new job unscheduled
so the action selection is independent of the LTP grouping and GCC 15
build changes. Full-suite scheduling can follow separately.

Preserve existing timer schedules, kernel builds, ordinary LTP jobs,
rootfs selection, timeouts and test-suite mapping. Leave the QEMU timer
variant unscheduled.

Coordinate production rollout with the Open POSIX action and rootfs
installation fix:
kernelci/kernelci-core#3251
kernelci/kernelci-core#3254

The installed full-suite runner also requires:
Linaro/test-definitions#647

Build and publish a rootfs containing the installation fix, then update
the pipeline rootfs reference to select it before production rollout.
