Production rootfs builds fail for trixie-blktest when nvmetcli runs python3 setup.py install: Trixie's python3-pip does not provide setuptools. Use pip's isolated build, matching the adjacent configshell installation.

Add python3-six to the image's runtime packages. nvmetcli imports it, while the current configshell-fb no longer installs it transitively.

Validation: installed both current upstream projects in a disposable Debian Trixie container with the configured runtime dependencies; imported configshell and nvmet successfully. Rootfs configuration validation and shell syntax checks pass.

Observed failure: https://github.com/kernelci/kernelci-core/actions/runs/39765735681/job/119780761532

Install nvmetcli through pip so its legacy setuptools build runs in an isolated build environment. Debian Trixie does not install setuptools with python3-pip, so direct setup.py execution fails.

Select python3-six explicitly for nvmetcli at runtime now that configshell-fb no longer pulls it in.
