• @kibalabs/build kept at 0.14.1, latest 0.14.2-next.9 put back: make build still fails with it. It needs rolldown ^1.2.13, and rolldown dropped CSS bundling in 1.0.0-rc.6, so the .scss imports fail with "Bundling CSS is no longer supported". Its lint config (react/jsx-runtime) also flags about 34 import React lines as unused, but its type-check still uses jsx: 'react', so removing them gives 712 type errors. Both have to be fixed in kiba-build.
• rolldown kept at 1.0.0-rc.2 in the lock file: any version from rc.6 on breaks make build for the same CSS reason (0.14.1 allows ^1.0.0-rc.2).
• Held back by the 7-day rule: react/react-dom 19.3.1 (2026-10-14), storybook/@storybook/addon-docs/@storybook/react-vite 10.6.2 (2026-10-12), node image 24.22.0 (2026-10-14).
• npm audit: 20 advisories remain (braces, elliptic, serialize-javascript, uuid). They all come in through @kibalabs/build 0.14.1's dev tooling and have no fix short of upgrading kiba-build. Down from 54 before this update.
• Note: Fiddle: update kibalabs libraries #253 was closed unmerged on 2026-10-12. It made the same @kibalabs/core ^0.7.2-next.5 / @kibalabs/core-react ^0.10.1-next.4 bump, which brings in react-router 8 transitively. This PR makes that bump again.
