In-memory scan tree (instant drill-in/up in the GUI, in-place update after deletes), snapshots with what-grew diff (CLI --save/--since/diff, GUI history per folder), cancelled scans flagged as partial, Windows on-disk size error-state fix, breadcrumb drive-root fix, localised duplicate labels, GUI helper unit tests in CI.
