chore: update launchdarkly-openfeature-server from ^0.2.0 to ^0.5.0

Summary

Bumps the launchdarkly-openfeature-server dependency from ^0.2.0 (resolves to >=0.2.0, <0.3.0) to ^0.5.0 (>=0.5.0, <0.6.0) to ensure the example works with the latest release (0.5.1).

Tested locally: the example runs successfully with 0.5.1 — no code changes were needed.
