🤖 I have created a release beep boop

3.15.0 (2026-10-23)

Features

  • add target flags to sync prompts and read sync flags only from the command line (#938) (4118820)
  • apply tool and skill rows in a sync (#941) (1f87d67)
  • create skills during sync, and read again after a 409 on create (#940) (af1a2fa)
  • plan standalone tool and skill rows by sync scope (#939) (6ebe04f)
  • show a compact sync plan and add a --diff flag (#937) (0dab833)

Bug Fixes

This PR was generated with Release Please. See documentation.

Note

Overview
Release 3.15.0 — bumps the package and release-please manifest from 3.14.0 to 3.15.0, updates the provenance example PACKAGE_VERSION, and adds a 3.15.0 section to CHANGELOG.md for the already-merged work in this release.

Documented user-facing changes for 3.15.0: prompt sync improvements (target flags from the CLI, compact sync plan, --diff, planning and applying standalone tool/skill rows, skill create with 409 retry). One fix: hide the aws-devops-agent command from the CLI surface.
