Python 3.9 reached end of life on Oct 31, 2025.
The minimum Python version is now 3.10. This matches python-server-sdk (9.15.0 dropped 3.9) and lets this package require a current launchdarkly-server-sdk. Python 3.14 is now tested.

Raises the minimum supported Python version to 3.10 and documents that in
README.mdandpyproject.toml(Poetrypython = ">=3.10", PyPI classifiers, andmypypython_version).CI and release workflows now test 3.10–3.14 on Linux and Windows (replacing 3.9 with 3.14 in the matrix) and use Python 3.10 for manual publish and release-please builds instead of 3.9.
