Part of a sweep aligning every Go version pin across the project on 1.26.5, prompted by golangci-lint in the api repo refusing to load a config whose target Go was newer than the Go it had been built with.

go.moddeliberately stays atgo 1.22.0, so the published CLI module remains installable on older toolchains. The release build itself now runs on 1.26.5.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
