I think it would be very useful and user-friendly if, when uninstalling a Flatpak app, it would be also possible to optionally remove the user data (the data in ~/.var/app/...) in MintInstall.
Flatpak already provides its own built-in mechanism for this, so it would probably be very simple to implement:
flatpak uninstall --delete-data
Currently, there's a piece of software with GUI called Flatsweep for this.

However, it would probably be much more user-friendly if such a feature were implemented directly in mintinstall.
