Wanted change

Have the dashboard, and API, return only currently banned IPs in the Fail2ban table instead of total bans (including expired bans). Alternatively, add a separate column and ability for the API to only return current bans.

Reason for change

The SWAG Dashboard's banned statistic can include IP addresses that were previously banned but are no longer actively banned. As a result, the dashboard can display a higher ban count than the number of IP addresses currently blocked by Fail2ban. This makes looking at the dashboard to assess whether any action is needed to potentially unban IPs inefficient and confusing.
