Changing the primary display (done in every hide mode, so Big Picture/Playnite open on the TV) and disconnecting monitors can make Windows reshuffle desktop icons. Console Mode restores the display layout and the original primary, but not icon positions.
Idea: save icon positions (desktop ListView) when entering console mode and restore them after the layout is back, optionally.
