Pair Console Mode with WakeOn: a Wake-on-LAN from the couch (phone, assistant) turns the PC on and enters console mode once Windows is up.

Notes: could reuse --start / consolemode://start or the local control API (\.\pipe\ConsoleMode.Control). Part of the roadmap (Exploring).
