Allow subscribing clients to select per-track FlexFEC protection using the same presets as publishing: none, low (15%), medium (25%), and high (35%).
Adds optional
UpdateTrackSettings.fecand theFECProtectionenum, with regenerated Go bindings. The default is none; omitted updates preserve the previous selection, and unknown values disable protection. Repairs still require server-side downstream FlexFEC and negotiated support.Validated through the SFU's protobuf signaling, settings persistence, and live preset-change tests with race detection.
