Tests whether the test_audio sine-frequency flake (first seen 2026-07-09) correlates with the livekit-server 1.13.3 release (2026-07-03). Do not merge. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
The v1-tagged SHA has no version input and always installs latest, which made this experiment compare 1.13.4 against itself. v1.1.1 honors the pin (building 1.13.2 from source on macOS). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Part of a CI bisect for the flaky
test_audiosine-frequency failure (see #1293 for the investigation). This PR exists only to measure the flake rate under a controlled condition — do not merge. It will be closed once enough runs have accumulated.Condition: livekit-server pinned to v1.13.2 (last release before the flake first appeared on 2026-07-09; CI normally uses latest, currently 1.13.4). Note: macOS builds the server from source for pinned versions, so the dev-server step takes a few extra minutes.
