Promote exact beta candidate 3b31d434fb933bce4ef40801ef26f7e90d39dfb3 to main, containing the sidebar update overflow fix (#94) and the system-health pause documentation clarification (#93).

Update chips now wrap normal text and long paths within the sidebar, with seven-character revisions and the full hash on hover. System health documentation clarifies that pausing browser refresh leaves daemon collection running.
