feat(skills): implement SEO bridge links to managed-code.com pillar and services (TASK C)

Summary

This PR implements TASK C (SEO bridges from skills.managed-code.com to managed-code.com money-page and .NET pillar).

Changes:

• Universal Skill Bridge CTA Component: Rendered across all skill, agent, and bundle pages with non-invasive card styling matching existing design tokens.
• Contextual In-Content Links: Added verbatim anchor links on high-traffic .NET pages (�lazor, wpf, code-review, �rchunitnet, and router/dotnet-ai agents).
• Listing & Support Panels: Added contextual bridge links to /skills/, /agents/, and support panels.
• Header & Footer Cleanup: Standardized all domain links from www.managed-code.com to canonical https://managed-code.com/.
• Target Links & Anchors:
  • Pillar: https://managed-code.com/blog-post/building-ai-agents-with-csharp-dotnet with exact anchor �uilding AI agents with .NET
  • Money-Page: https://managed-code.com/services/ai-agents with exact anchor .NET AI agent development team
• Tests & Generation: All 26 Python unit tests pass; 447 HTML pages generated and verified.
