Motivation for this change
Hi, I needed negligible functions for cryptographic protocol security proofs, so I started this formalization. A colleague suggested extending and refining it for mathcomp-analysis. This PR adds
negligible_seqand proves its harmonic-distance Lipschitz characterizations. Please let me know what I should improve. Thanks.Checklist
