Summary
Update chokidar catalog version pnpm-workspace.yaml
The workspace catalog changes the chokidar version range to ^5.0.0.
Upgrading Chokidar to v5 makes the dev server stop reloading when docs, blog, or pages content changes, because those plugins register glob patterns that Chokidar no longer expands. Migrate the watcher to expand globs, or keep Chokidar 3, before merging.

Migrate glob-based watchers before upgrading Chokidar.
watchUtils.ts passes plugin paths directly to Chokidar.watch(). The start watcher only filters empty paths and normalizes separators. It does not expand globs or provide an ignored matcher.
The docs, blog, and pages plugins return glob patterns such as **/*.{md,mdx}. Chokidar 5 does not support glob expansion, so matching file changes can be missed. Keep Chokidar at ^3.6.0 until Docusaurus expands these patterns before calling Chokidar, or include that migration and a hot-reload regression test in this change.
