Description
Another round of cleanup before we fold this repo into the marketing repo. Removes about 1 MB which is about 25% of the repo's size (4.4M -> 3.4M) although most of it is a big pdf which is just an unneeded copy of one in the marketing repo.
How to test
Basically just make sure the files (and package) removed here aren't referenced anywhere.
