Implements the
EnergySaverStatus2API onMicrosoft.Windows.System.Power.PowerManager, per the approved spec:specs/EnergySaverStatus2/EnergySaverStatus2.mdWindows SDK version bump (4654 → 8876)
EnergySaverStatus2is only present inWindows.winmdstarting with this SDK. The code won't compile against 4654.Tested locally and verified the API works as expected, screenshot attached below
