What changed in this PR

This PR upgrades the Python Monty integration’s dependency to pydantic-monty 1.4.0.

Changes:

  • Widens the allowed dependency range from >=0.0.23,<0.1 to >=0.0.23,<1.5.
  • Updates the locked Monty package, client, and runtime to 1.4.0, refreshing distribution metadata.
File Description
python/uv.lock Locks Monty packages to 1.4.0 and refreshes artifact hashes and URLs.
python/packages/monty/pyproject.toml Raises the dependency upper bound to allow Monty 1.4.x.
