Dependency changes related to React Native 0.88 support

react-native-test-app (^5.4.8 → 5.4.10)

• Open PR microsoft/react-native-test-app#2921 — "fix: declare support for 0.88" explicitly adds React Native 0.88 to the supported version range in packages/app/package.json (currently allows 0.76 - 0.87 plus a pre-release-only 0.88.0-0 window, which this PR is meant to widen). This follows the same pattern as prior version-support PRs (chore(deps): update eslint to v8.54.0 #2846 "declare support for 0.87", Treeshake output #2765 "declare support for 0.86").
• This directly gates whether react-native-test-app will run apps built against RN 0.88.

react-native-reanimated (^4.5.3 → 4.6.0)

• software-mansion/react-native-reanimated#10239 — "fix: add fontVariationSettings to style properties config" and software-mansion/react-native-reanimated#10354 — "fix: nightly TypeScript compatibility job" add support for new style properties introduced in RN 0.88 (backgroundPosition, backgroundRepeat, backgroundSize, fontVariationSettings), needed because PropsBuilderConfig maps over every RN style key.
• software-mansion/react-native-reanimated#10486 — "feat(rnre): background image support (useAnimatedStyle)" ports RN 0.87's processBackgroundImage.js behavior and notes a positioning bug present in RN 0.87 that is fixed upstream in RN 0.88.
