Дефолтные ключевые слова CSS и так работают для всех утилит (во всех стандартных типах конвертации)

Правильное сокращение тут будет Fils. По алгоритму нельзя перескакивать через буквы

Зачем отдельный файл, если у нас есть packages/core/src/sass/css/styles/animation.scss?

Привет.
Это пробный коммит, чтобы понять, правильно ли я понял задачу.
Единственное, после сборки npm run build:core , не получилось протестировать. В файле test/web.html добавлял div c утилитами, но они не отображаются в стилях в браузере. Скорее всего я туплю и нужно как-то скомпилировать их было.
