`expr` returns 1 (a failure) when the result is 0 which may lead to some failures even though nothing bad happenned (see testsuite.sh)

This PR reworks the CI. The tests dependencies are now built once (per arch) and then reused as needed. There's also a new job at the end which gathers all the logs into one archive. It can also work as the
Requiredtarget.There are also some minor tweaks for the tests themselves like allowing to skip container creation and
$((...))instead ofexpr(the later had a side effect that wasn't anticipated).The best about this is probably the runtime which dropped from the original 100+ minutes to less than 40 minutes.
