Windows port aligned to upstream CodexBar **0.61.0**, including the provider,
usage-detail, account, and CLI changes represented by the open Windows port PRs.

### Highlights

- **Nous Portal support:** track monthly subscription credits and purchased balances through the existing Hermes login.
- **More complete allowances:** show Mistral API and Vibe Code allowances, Venice subscription credits, Grok reset coupons, and Hugging Face billing details.
- **Richer spending details:** show DeepSeek spend per model, OpenRouter Activity, Replicate monthly spend, and provider history in CLI output.
- **Clearer account switching:** refresh Codex cards while menus remain open and distinguish Claude switching from refresh reconciliation.
- **Steadier menu-bar layout:** preserve provider positions and align multiword labels in crowded switchers.

- Antigravity: preserve useful source outcomes and avoid misleading OAuth-fallback wording in usage and diagnose output.
