Summary

  • Keep Claude account switches in activating -> reconciling -> settled phases.
  • Wait for the provider refresh to finish before emitting the account-updated event and reporting success.
  • Expose the phase and busy state in the tray account menu, with focused transition coverage.

Upstream reference

Ports the Windows/Tauri analogue of upstream commit 9a2f5e42 (Claude account switching and reconciliation phases). The backend now awaits the existing bounded provider refresh for both built-in Claude accounts and claude-swap operations.

Validation

  • cargo fmt --all -- --check
  • pnpm --dir apps/desktop-tauri exec vitest run src/components/ClaudeAccountsMenu.test.tsx
  • git diff --check

The focused frontend test passed: 6 tests. No full Tauri build or generated artifact was run because the worktree is operating under a 50 GiB free-space floor.
