Conversation
A pass whose worker stopped keeps its Job Running, which blocks running it again. Its refusal names that Job, and the Migration page names each Running Job that holds a pass back. Both point at the guide's recovery steps, which now cover every pass. Fixes #11

Fixes: #11
An interrupted migration pass can leave its Job marked Running, preventing another attempt. The Migration page and refusal messages now identify the blocking Job and point to recovery instructions.
The guide covers all migration passes and explains how to confirm execution has stopped, delete the stale Job, and retry.
