Fixes #7: Prevent input changes from carrying over between recurring runs - #53

A recurring run queued its next occurrence with the input objects its Script had just changed, so the changes piled up across occurrences. Each occurrence of a recurring run now runs on its own pickled copy. Fixes #7

Fixes: #7
Recurring runs could inherit input changes made by earlier occurrences, causing those changes to accumulate. Each occurrence now receives its own copy of the queued inputs, preserving the loaded field values and object selections.
Adds regression tests and documents the behavior.
