Fixes: #13

Reselecting Script Files could reuse a revision left in Staging or Storage failed and skip validation, even after its source had been stored successfully.

After verifying the stored source, mark the reused revision Materialized so validation and policy-driven activation can proceed. Preserve existing validation verdicts, add regression tests, and document the recovery.

A Script Files refresh that resolves to a revision left in Staging or
Storage failed now marks it Materialized once the same source verifies
as stored, so the revision is accepted and validated.

Fixes #13
