[Bug]: Postgres monitoring broken again.

Bug description

The Postgres service is missing in the cloud dashboard as of 9/1/2026. Tried restarting netdata on hosts, did not fix.

Expected behavior

Postgres monitoring should work.

Steps to reproduce

1. Login to dashboard
2. Notice Postgres service is missing under "Applications"
