Ships the pr-merge branch-retention features and a corrected pr-status gate, so a fork PR keeps its head branch, a stacked PR's base survives, and the gate reads classic protection, fork runs and failed reads.

• fix(pr-merge): keep the head branch of a fork pull request, and stop counting my own comments
• fix(pr-merge): key the stacked-PR recovery on the SHA, check the query's args
• fix(pr-status): read the whole gate — classic protection, fork runs, failed reads
• fix(pr-status): stop advising --self-reviewed to a non-author
• docs(advanced-git, ci-cd-integration, pull-request-workflow, references): export-ignore, reproducing a matrix leg, stale bodies, sibling-PR options
