[stable30] ci: keep gh-pages root redirects on deploy - #15955

The deploy job checked go.php/index.html and user_manual/index.html out at the gh-pages root, then moved them into server/<version>/. That deletes the root copies the scheduled master deploy maintains (see #15951). Write them straight into the version folder with git show. 31#15951The stable31 backport merged this morning opened #15951, which deletes
go.php/index.htmlanduser_manual/index.htmlfrom the gh-pages root. The deploy job checks both out at the root, thenmvs them intoserver/<version>/.This branch is out of support and only gets a push for the odd edge case, so it keeps deploying on push instead of joining the nightly master deploy. The redirects now go straight into the version folder with
git show, the root copies stay.The deploy only runs on push, so this PR's checks don't cover it. The next merge here is the real test.
