Richards growth coeff can be positive or negative, but not 0.0. Need to trap for this

Here is a model (modified version of simple) I used to test if 0 for the Richards parameter (the one I modified is labeled Richards_Fem_GP_1 in control.ss_new, so hopefully it is the correct one) could work;
The model ran, but had a lot of warnings, so it seems SS v. 3.30.15 is not yet trapping for this situation (if I modified the right parameter).
