[Feature]: Include MSY options selected in Report.sso

Thanks @puntae for the suggestion to provide more info in report.sso regarding run settings (e.g., MSY). It is sometimes challenging for reviewers of stock assessments to know the definition of MSY when just looking at the report file, because the settings are only shown in the forecast.ss input file.

Note that Definitions are often at the top of tables in the report file currently; it might be nice to put in all in one place instead. Not a lot of info available in the starter and forecast files is included in Report.sso currently.

This is a good idea. The info would be logically added to:
DEFINITIONS report:1

I'm happy to work on this. I'll start by posting here a list of settings that are absent from the report. Perhaps it's only the MSY setting, but I'll try to look for others just in case.
