It would be convenient to be able to omit the age error vector input in the data file.
If the user elects to enter 0 as the number of age error vectors, then the system would create a single age error input vector such that all ages were treated as perfect. Then when the age composition and mean size-at-age data are read, the system would substitute value of "1" for whatever value was read from the data file.
