补充说明：本 PR 仅新增 assets/plugins.json5 中的插件注册信息，插件自身的 NoneFlow 检查、PyPI 发布、Python 3.10–3.13 CI 与加载测试均已通过。

当前 pre-commit.ci 失败来自 nonebot2 主仓库现有代码触发 Ruff RUF036，涉及：

  • nonebot/internal/adapter/message.py
  • nonebot/internal/driver/model.py

共 9 处 None not at the end of the type union，与本 PR 改动无关。检查结果：https://results.pre-commit.ci/run/github/289605524/1788025934.m0pM2sQnSKyd1JcmpxbEMw

待上游 Ruff 基线修复或调整后，可重新运行检查。
