新增「Epic 子树车道」一节(置于 Domain lanes 之后):纵向分片单位 —— 父 issue + 子任务批整体委托给一个专职 PM 会话,与 domain 车道组合而非平行。 - 新参数 epic:#<n>:队列 = 父单子树的 open 未认领 sub-issue,每轮重读 (衍生任务的吸收机制,零新标签); - 委托信号 pm:epic + 登记表(#4604)成对落地;step 1 的 sub-issue 自动继承 规则加子树排除,防两个 PM 抢同一批子任务; - 衍生问题三分法,单一判据「不修它 epic 验收过不过得去」:in-scope 挂子单、 顺带发现独立立单进主 backlog、触 spec 转主 PM 队列 + Blocked-by;与发现 分诊轮的归挂限定一致; - 父单 checklist 进度视图、四步收尾、~48h 僵尸回收; - 如实声明残余风险:文件相交靠声明 + 全局在飞检查,非机械保证,与 domain 车道同一风险形状。 同步:参数表、state model 表、one-time setup 各加 pm:epic 一行。 Fixes #5209 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01Hhc9ffL4VS4vfAqAkBdEXL
