What this PR does and why it's needed
Updates the "Request a customer signature" section of the rental order documentation to reflect the current signature-request workflow, which is now initiated through the chatter's Activity scheduling flow rather than the record's Actions menu. Also adds a meta description to the page for improved LLM/search readability.
