The Featureflip entry lists five technologies; the PHP provider shipped as featureflip/featureflip-openfeature on Packagist and is documented in the same OpenFeature integration guide the other five entries link to. Signed-off-by: Jake Howard <jhoward321@gmail.com>

Adds the PHP entry to the existing Featureflip provider, which currently lists five technologies (JavaScript, .NET, Python, Go, Java).
The PHP provider is published as
featureflip/featureflip-openfeatureon Packagist, with source at canopy-labs/featureflip-php-openfeature. It is documented in the same OpenFeature integration guide the other five entries already link to, which carries a per-language section for each provider including PHP.Same shape as the existing entries:
vendorOfficial: true,category: ['Server'], samehref. No new SVG and noPROVIDERSarray change, since the provider entry already exists.Follows #1469 (Python) and #1476 (Go and Java).
