What changed in this PR
Addresses #1780 by registering jq scope descriptor records for Jackson serialization in GraalVM native images.
Changes:
- Adds reflection metadata for all seven requested descriptor types.
- Uses the existing registration format, including the nested
DateTimeDescriptor$Epochrecord.
