Purpose
Specifically, added the option for
RalphStatementQuery.authorityto be a list.Added support for that in each backend: ElasticSearch, MongoDB, Clickhouse and Filesystem.
Note that this is for internal Ralph queries to the backend, it does not change Ralph's API.
In practice, it allows us to query statements coming from multiple authorities at once (OR's).
It's a requirement for another feature that I worked on. Feel free to close if it's not desired.
