Summary

Rebase Kubernetes dependencies from 1.35 (v0.35.0) to 1.36 (v0.36.2), Go 1.25.0 → 1.26.0.

• Bump all k8s.io/* packages to v0.36.2
• Bump sigs.k8s.io/controller-runtime to v0.24.1
• Bump Go version to 1.26.0
• Update openshift/{api,client-go,library-go} to latest

What changed

This is a pure dependency rebase — no source code changes were required. The k8s 1.36 API is fully backward-compatible with this project's usage.

Notable dependency changes:

• github.com/gogo/protobuf removed (upstream k8s dropped it)
• google.golang.org/protobuf moved to pseudo-version required by k8s 1.36
• k8s.io/klog/v2 bumped to v2.140.0
• OTel, gRPC, and golang.org/x/* transitively bumped

New default-true feature gates in k8s 1.36:

• AtomicFIFO, ClientsAllowCARotation, ClientsAllowTLSCacheGC, InOrderInformers, UnlockWhileProcessingFIFO
