Pins the optional PolkaVM composition crate to paritytech/polkavm-host-runtime#49, keeping runtime version 0.2.0 and the canonical ABI matrix unchanged. Update the public source revision and lockfile; remove the source-text pin assertion rather than re-pin it.
Verification: cargo check -p truapi-polkavm-host succeeds. The same runtime starts the rebuilt ABI 2 Zed guest on the browser compiler without the previous Wasm function-count failure.
